How to Reset Your Password (Current Students and Staff)
■Procedure
• Device to use: PC * The same procedure can also be followed from a smartphone.
1. On your device, open the page below and log in with your lifelong email address.

2. Enter your lifelong email address and click “Next”.
3. Click “Forgot my password”.
4. Click “For current students and staff”.
5. Enter your lifelong email address and the characters shown in the image, then click “Next”.
6. Select “Email my alternate email” and click “Email”.
7. A message like the one below is sent to your registered email address. Note the code given in the message.
8. On your device, enter the code from step 7 and click “Next”.
10. The message “Your password has been reset” is displayed.
11. A password reset notification is sent to your registered email address.
※ If the password contains a space or a backslash, the following message is sent to your lifelong email address.
How to Reset Your Password (Graduates and Former Staff)
■Procedure
• Device to use: PC * The same procedure can also be followed from a smartphone.
1. On your device, open the password change page below.
https://useradm.imc.tut.ac.jp/webmtn/
2. Enter your lifelong email address and click “Next”.
3. Click “Forgot my password”.
4. Click “For graduates and former members”.
5. The following screen appears. Enter your Information and Media Center user ID and click “Submit”.
6. The following screen appears. A password reset URL is sent to your registered email address.
* If no email address is registered, the following message appears after step 5.
If you have forgotten your password and have not registered an email address for password reset, please contact the Information and Media Center support desk at supports@imc.tut.ac.jp.
7. Click the URL in the email you receive.
8. Enter your new password and click “Register”.
9. When the message “Completed successfully.” appears, the password reset is complete.
10. After the reset, the following message is sent to your lifelong email address.
