How to Change Your Password (Current Students and Staff)

 

■Procedure

•         Device to use: PC  * The same procedure can also be followed from a smartphone.

 

1.    On your device, open the page below and log in with your lifelong email address.

2.　Enter your lifelong email address and click “Next”.

3.    Enter the password for your Information and Media Center account and click “Sign in”.

4.    The multi-factor authentication you have registered is then performed.
* In this example, open the Microsoft Authenticator app and enter the number displayed.
　If you use Google Authenticator, a code entry screen appears as shown on the right.

5.    Click “Change Password” in the left-hand menu, enter “Old Password”, “New Password” and “Confirm New Password”, then click “Save”.

6.    Confirm that the change completes successfully.

2.    Enter your lifelong email address and click “Next”.

3.    Enter the password for your Information and Media Center account and click “Sign in”.

4.    The multi-factor authentication you have registered is then performed.
