Notice for continuing application of computing machine

Information and Midea center (IMC) will start receiving theapplication of 2022's computer system use. Those who wish to continue to use, you can submit continuing application though the web site. The web site will be open at 2pm of Tuesday, 1st February. If you want to continue using it, you should go through the procedure by deadline below. If you did not proceed, the use of computer system for research will be suspended on the end of March.

Deadline: For Kyoto University's supercomputer: Friday,18th February
               For IMC's computing machine: Friday, 18th February

● Students fourth year and above, Faculty, and staffcan register the use for research.
● The entry of Job title/ Grade should be filled withfor 2022's job title/grade.
● For research, you can use Kyoto University's supercomputer too.However, in 2022, you will not be able to use in the end of July through October due to the replacement. If you wish to use, you should fill the document,"Application for Use of Computer system" 's (6) entry field. If you have the user number of Kyoto university already, put the number and research field code refereeing the URL below.（http://www.iimc.kyoto-u.ac.jp/ja/services/comp/apply/other/code.html）

●If you need backup data for successor or etc., you should backup by yourself.
●Those whose student number/identity number will be changed for new semester;new registration will be required. In this case,you should fill the reason of changing those number (e.g., You will be going to be a researcher from student)in Remarks of "Application for Use of Computer system".
