About changing sign in name Microsoft comprehensive license

Regarding the authentication method of Microsoft comprehensive license,We would like to change some procedures, so we will perform maintenance.

Maintenance date

  September 26, 2022 (Monday) 18:00-  2 hours

Contents

  The account name entered on the Microsoft sign-in screen will be changed as follows.
    Before change: University account + @edu.tut.ac.jp email address
            a234567@edu.tut.ac.jp / ab123@edu.tut.ac.jp

    After change: Google Workspace lifetime email address
            gikadai.taroh.st@tut.jp

  ★There is no change in the user name field on the university authentication screen displayed after the sign-in screen.

 Influence during maintenance

  We can't sign in to Microsoft for new.  Office applications that are already signed in can continue to be used.

Influence after maintenance

  Office, Teams, and Microsoft official website login using a browser may behave strangely.
  Please sign out → sign in.
