Please answer the questions for the information security policy self-inspection survey

To all full-time and part-time university staff members (Clerical assistants, technical assistants and research assistants are included.) This is a VERY IMPORTANT request from the Information and Media Center.

Please make sure to log in to the “Information Security Policy Self-inspection Survey,” which is conducted every year, and answer to the questions.

NOTE: The page is accessible only from the campus network. NOTE: If you cannot log in, it may be because your password has expired.

Secretaries belonging to each department may not receive this announcement.

Thank you for your cooperation in the information security promotion activities.
The survey aims to encourage all university staff members to recheck important
topics on information security and must be conducted every year under 
the information security policy of the university.

The questionnaire contains a total of 12 questions (if you are a server 
administrator, 28 questions). Below the answer section, related information
is provided. Please recheck the environment of your terminals.

2. Enter your account ID for the Information and Media Center (xxnnn) 
and password on the login screen.
3. Select “Yes” or “No” for each question.
4, Click the Submit button after answering all the questions.
